At FABK, your satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected, and we are happy to accept eligible returns or exchanges subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

• Returns or exchanges may be requested within 3 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging and invoice intact.
• If you simply change your mind or feel the product is not suitable for you, you may return it to us within the eligible period.
• Customers are required to send the return parcel to us through a courier or postal service of their choice. At present, we do not provide reverse pickup/return pickup services.
• Return courier charges for change-of-mind or preference-based returns are to be borne by the customer.
• If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with relevant photos/videos so we can assist you appropriately.
• Custom-made or tailored products, gift cards and clearance-sale items are non-returnable.

Return Process

1. Request: Email us at customercare@fabk.in or Whatsapp : +91 7338872202 with your order number and issue details.

2. Authorization: Once approved, we’ll share the return address via email/WhatsApp.

3. Shipping Back:

   • Please note: We do not provide doorstep pickup.

   • Pack securely with invoice and mark your order number clearly.

   • Ship via a trackable courier service.

   • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the product is damaged/incorrect).

Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds are issued only for parcels received in damaged condition, processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

• In other cases, we issue a coupon code (valid for 90 days) for your next purchase.

• To exchange an item, return it as above and place a new order.

Important Notes

• If the courier parcel looks damaged on arrival, please do not accept it. Ask the courier to return it immediately.

• FABK cannot accept claims for damage if the parcel was received and accepted.

International Orders

• Returns are generally not accepted for international orders.

• In exceptional approved cases, all return shipping charges, duties, and taxes must be borne by the customer.
