Wash Care – Dry Clean if possible. If not, normal hand wash. Wash separately with mild detergent without brushing and dry in shade.

Handmade and Handloom products such as Hand embroidery, Hand block print, Handweaving can have minor human flaws such as extra thread, knots, dye spill/stains. These add to the beauty of the product and will not be considered a defect.

- Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Timeframe: Items can be returned or exchanged ONLY IF THE DELIVERED PRODUCT IS DAMAGED / WRONG ITEM DELIVERED, and you should intimate us the same within 3 days of receipt / delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Exceptions: Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

- Return Process
Request a Return:
Email our customer service at customercare@fabk.in with your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization:
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization mail / WhatsApp message with detailed address to return the item purchased.
Shipping the Return:
" WE DO NOT HAVE ANY RETURN PICKUP FACILITY FROM YOUR DOORSTEP "
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, tags intact including all paperwork like invoice.
Clearly mark the order number on the outside of the package.
Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return instructions.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your exchange status (if eligible) and will provide you with coupon code which can be redeemed with your future order within 90 days from the date of issue.
Method of Refund: Refunds only if parcel arrives in damaged condition (if eligible) will be processed to the original method of payment within [5-7] business days after the return is approved.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are refundable only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchange Process:
To exchange an item, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service at +91 73388 72202, and we will provide instructions for an exchange.
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the parcel/courier looks damaged, PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE PARCEL and ask them the return it back. If you receive a defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at WhatsApp +91 73388 72202 with photos and a description of the issue.
Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
NOTE: Please note that FABK cannot be held liable for any claims regarding damaged parcels if they are accepted upon delivery.

International returns are not accepted. At some cases if there are any valid reasons to accept the returns then the entire shipping charges need to be paid by the customer.
