Discription : Each of these sarees are entirely handmade, from the weaving, dyeing to the orginal kalamkari printing. Lots of human effort is put into each saree.
Wash Care – First wash, dry clean preferably and thereafter hand wash separately using mild detergent or shampoo as natural fabrics might tend to bleed during the first few washes.
Note – Although we try to replicate the original color, slight color variation is possible in digital photography. Mangalagiri sarees are handloom products and handweaving can have minor human flaws such as extra thread, knots, dye spill/stains. These add to the beauty of the product and will not be considered a defect. Our prices are inclusive of GST.
SHIPPING POLICY: We ship our products worldwide through India Post / DHL. Domestic shipping would be either by India Post or Professional Courier based on the pin code area.

- Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Timeframe: Items can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receipt / delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

- Return Process
Request a Return:
Email our customer service at customercare@fabk.in with your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization:
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization mail and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Shipping the Return:
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, tags intact including all paperwork like invoice.
Clearly mark the order number on the outside of the package.
Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return instructions.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your exchange status (if eligible) and will provide you with coupon code which can be redeemed with your future order within 90 days from the date of issue.
Method of Refund: Refunds (if eligible) will be processed to the original method of payment within [5-7] business days after the return is approved.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are refundable only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
