Return & Exchange Policy

At FABK, your satisfaction is our priority. While we take great care to deliver quality products, if you receive a damaged or wrong item, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

  • Returns/Exchanges are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.

  • You must inform us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Custom-made, tailored products, gift cards, clearance sale items are non-returnable.

Return Process

  1. Request: Email us at customercare@fabk.in with your order number and issue details.

  2. Authorization: Once approved, we’ll share the return address via email/WhatsApp.

  3. Shipping Back:

    • Please note: We do not provide doorstep pickup.

    • Pack securely with invoice and mark your order number clearly.

    • Ship via a trackable courier service.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the product is damaged/incorrect).

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are issued only for parcels received in damaged condition, processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • In other cases, we issue a coupon code (valid for 90 days) for your next purchase.

  • To exchange an item, return it as above and place a new order.

Important Notes

  • If the courier parcel looks damaged on arrival, please do not accept it. Ask the courier to return it immediately.

  • FABK cannot accept claims for damage if the parcel was received and accepted.

International Orders

  • Returns are generally not accepted for international orders.

  • In exceptional approved cases, all return shipping charges, duties, and taxes must be borne by the customer.
