At FABK, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are always here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below.

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Timeframe: Items can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receipt / delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Exceptions: Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  1. Return Process

Request a Return:

Email our customer service at customercare@fabk.in with your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization:

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization mail and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

Shipping the Return:

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, tags intact including all paperwork like invoice.

Clearly mark the order number on the outside of the package.

Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return instructions.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  1. Refunds & Coupon Codes

Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your exchange status (if eligible) and will provide you with coupon code which can be redeemed with your future order within 90 days from the date of issue.

Method of Refund: Refunds (if eligible) will be processed to the original method of payment within [5-7] business days after the return is approved.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are refundable only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchange Process:

To exchange an item, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
