Welcome to FABK. We are committed to providing you with excellent products and exceptional customer service. Below you will find all the information regarding our shipping policies.

We work with reputable shipping partners like DTDC / India Post for within India and FedEx/India Post for international orders to ensure reliable and efficient delivery services.

We offer free shipping ONLY within India on orders exceeding the value of INR 6,000.

  1. Shipping Rates and Methods

Standard Shipping:

Domestic: Based on your pin code the costs will be calculated at the time of checkout

International: Based on the country the costs will be calculated at the time of checkout

Estimated delivery time: 3 - 7 business days for domestic shipping / 15 - 30 days for International shipping.

** The above mentioned delivery time are approximate and it changes invariably depending upon the destination country situation, cargo space and customs processing times which are not under our control and FABK is not responsible for such delays.

Express Shipping:

Domestic: Please contact the customer service through WhatsApp +91 73388 72202 once the order is placed so that they will intimate you the cost difference.

International: Please contact the customer service through WhatsApp +91 73388 72202 once the order is placed so that they will intimate you the cost difference.

Estimated delivery time: 1 - 5 business days within India / 7 - 15 business days for International

Note: Shipping costs are calculated based on the height, width, length and weight of the order, destination, and the selected shipping method. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. If any tailoring needs are placed then the above express shipping timings are not applicable for those orders.

  1. Order Processing Time

Paid orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days after the receipt of the payment.

COD orders are processed within 3 - 7 business days after the reconfirmation process is done by our customer service team. If our team is unable to reach the customers over the phone for reconfirmation then the order will automatically be cancelled.

Important Note: Customers who have placed COD orders previously but did not collect the parcel/s. Those customers future orders will be processed only after receiving the full payment in advance or we have the full rights to cancel their order without any such reconfirmation/intimation to the customer.

Orders placed after 15:00 hours on Fridays, during weekends, or public / government holidays will be processed the next normal business working day.

  1. Shipping Destinations

We ship domestically and internationally.

Any restrictions on specific countries or regions will be noted at checkout.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, and you can track your package status at direct logistics partner website.

  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customers. FABK has no control over the custom duties or local taxes in foreign countries. And we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or airport control or the airlines or the logistics partner.

  1. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service at +91 73388 72202 within 24 hours of the delivery. We would recommend not accept any damaged parcel/s instead you can share a picture with us on WhatsApp or our official email customercare@fabk.in and ask the delivery partner to return it back to FABK.

In case of lost parcel, we will work with the logistics partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  1. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Incomplete addresses will not be eligible for cash on delivery, and we reserve the right to cancel such orders without prior notice.

  1. Shipping Delays

Although we aim for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, carrier issues, customs hold-ups, airline or airport delays, or natural disasters.

  1. Delivery to Multiple Addresses

We currently do not offer the option to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. Customers will need to place separate orders for multiple shipping addresses.
