Wash Care – Normal hand wash. Wash separately as natural fabrics might tend to bleed during the first few washes.

Handmade and Handloom products such as Hand embroidery, Hand block print, Handweaving can have minor human flaws such as extra thread, knots, dye spill/stains. These add to the beauty of the product and will not be considered as defect.

- Return Process
Request a Return:
Email our customer service at customercare@fabk.in with your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization:
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization mail and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Shipping the Return:
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, tags intact including all paperwork like invoice.
Clearly mark the order number on the outside of the package.
Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return instructions.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your exchange status (if eligible) and will provide you with coupon code which can be redeemed with your future order within 90 days from the date of issue.
Method of Refund: Refunds (if eligible) will be processed to the original method of payment within [5-7] business days after the return is approved.
