Wash Care - Normal hand wash. Wash separately as natural fabrics might tend to bleed during the first few washes.

Note - Although we try to replicate the original color, Slight color variation is possible in digital photography. Handmade and Handloom products such as Hand embroidery, Hand block print, Handweaving can have minor human flaws such as extra thread, knots, dye spill/stains. These add to the beauty of the product and will not be considered a defect.

Eligibility

• Returns/Exchanges are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.

• You must inform us within 3 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Custom-made, tailored products, gift cards, clearance sale items are non-returnable.

Return Process

1. Request: Email us at customercare@fabk.in with your order number and issue details.

2. Authorization: Once approved, we’ll share the return address via email/WhatsApp.

3. Shipping Back:

   • Please note: We do not provide doorstep pickup.

   • Pack securely with invoice and mark your order number clearly.

   • Ship via a trackable courier service.

   • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the product is damaged/incorrect).

Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds are issued only for parcels received in damaged condition, processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

• In other cases, we issue a coupon code (valid for 90 days) for your next purchase.

• To exchange an item, return it as above and place a new order.

Important Notes

• If the courier parcel looks damaged on arrival, please do not accept it. Ask the courier to return it immediately.

• FABK cannot accept claims for damage if the parcel was received and accepted.

International Orders

• Returns are generally not accepted for international orders.

• In exceptional approved cases, all return shipping charges, duties, and taxes must be borne by the customer.
